Jam is the Relationship Associate at Situate Finance. He’s dedicated to supporting clients throughout their lending journey and plays a key role in the lending process by managing critical tasks such as information requests, preliminary due diligence, lender liaising, and coordinating with key stakeholders along the way — including accountants, conveyancers, Real Estate Agents and lenders. 

His proactive approach ensures a seamless experience for clients while driving efficiency at every stage. Outside of work, Jam has a keen interest in the inner workings of music, gaming, technology, and collecting die-cast model cars. His appreciation for detail and craftsmanship is reflected in both his hobbies and his professional approach to client service.
